Aysha S. Jamall is the Co-Founder and Chief Care Officer at the Centre of Inclusive Care. Aysha is a UK CPCAB Certified, Psychotherapist, Supervisor to Psychotherapists and a Remedial Therapist, U.K Dyslexia Action,Reads-Hornsby by profession she has more than fifteen years of experience in Education Management apart from running projects promoting inclusion in the city. She is one of the pioneers in setting up a Special Needs Department in a reputed school in Karachi.
Her papers have been published in ‘Autism Around the World’ Conference in Dubai October 2016, “A Systemic Approach to working with children with ASD”. And other forums such as ‘The First National Conference on Communication’, “Voice & Swallowing Disorder: A Multidisciplinary Approach to Medically Fragile Children,” in March 2015. She was awarded for her Valuable Contribution Towards Raising Awareness & Advocacy for The Equal & Inalienable Rights, Elimination of Discrimination & Inclusion of Persons with Disability in Mainstream Society on World Disability Day on 6th December 2014 by Darulsukoon. Her essay was published in a publication by Pakistan Association of Mental Health in October 2011 on the Importance of Mental Health of Students.
She has always felt the need for collaborative work in her community. It is her belief that the impact that comes from working with a social model in mind creates a ripple effect which compels us to show curiosity about human potential.
