Mahnoor is a therapist and former Fulbright scholar with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).
She works with adults (18+) navigating a wide range of concerns, including relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, grief, struggles with self-worth, interpersonal trauma, and the stressors of everyday life. Mahnoor is also passionate about supporting those impacted by systemic harm and experiences of identity-based marginalization.
Her therapeutic approach is rooted in relational psychodynamic and person-centered frameworks. She integrates a range of evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to meet each client’s needs.
