Fatmah is a foreign qualified integrative therapist based in Lahore. She tailors her approach to suit the needs of each client using a combination of theories including those that are person-centered and psychodynamic. Additionally, she uses a variety of creative tools including mandala art, mood cards, buttons, drawings, etc. She works with adults (over 16) and is happy to take on clients for both long- and short-term contracts. Her practice offers a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space where individuals can explore their concerns, feelings, past/present experiences and relationship with themselves, others and the wider community.
Fatmah is a Master of Science (MSc) in Counselling from University of Northampton. She has experience of working with a variety of issues such as trauma, abuse, suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety, loss and bereavement. As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), she follows their ethical framework for good practice.
