I had issues with anxiety, before reaching to Zaufishan I tried some other very famous physiotherapist in twin cities but that made my case worst. I must say she changed my life in first session the way she handled my case and explained things to me with mental exercises and other strategies is remarkable and very professional. We need more therapist like her and I would fully recommend her to anyone fighting with their inner demons because there is no shame in reaching out and getting help.

Dr Zaofishan is a wonderful psychologist, she makes me feel comfortable and at home whenever I see her and she has made it very easy for me to talk to her. I first started seeing her almost two years ago and she has helped me more than I could’ve ever imagined. She is always available for contact and gives me guidance and help through phone calls and messages.
I would 100% recommend Dr. Zaofishan to any person in need for therapy or help.

She is one of the most professional, calm and dedicated people I’ve ever met. She has helped me a lot in working through my trauma, marital issues and anxiety. She is absolutely non-judgemental which is a huge deal especially in Pakistan.

Dr. Zaofishan is an amazing therapist. I was going through severe anxiety and ptsd and was reluctant towards going to a therapist but after some sessions with her I’ve never felt better and it’s always so comfortable talking to her . She’s really professional and is always available whenever I need her. She has helped me with a lot of my issues. I’d recommend her to anyone who needs therapy as she’s amazing at her job.

I’ve had Anxiety and Depression for several years now. In that time, i’ve been through 4 psychologists, and all that got me was bitterness and hopelessness in how we Pakistanis treat mental illness.
Dr. Zaufishan stands apart. She is very kind and extremely patient. She genuinely “listens”, which is something unreasonably rare nowadays. And she has excellent insight, helping me to see the cause of my pain and work towards resolving it.
She is a hard-working and very dependable guide.

I had been looking for concealing for a long time and I came across Ms. Qureshi over the Internet and went to see her. After the first two in-person sessions, we started doing them online. She has helped me with many problems, and has tried many methods of counseling that have actually been really helpful. She is able to understand the problems and find solutions, she is always very calm and listens in a very polite and professional way. What I like the most is her being open to any subject of discussion, without being judgmental or without giving her personal opinions. She never tried to force any values on me and is very sympathetic. I have already recommended her to a couple of friends. I trust in her being very confidential.

I had clinical depression and anxiety. It was my first experience to see a therapist, before that I felt all alone even felt suicidal but thank God I found Zaofishan. She listened to me very calm, gave reasoning to my thoughts and guided me like a close friend. She also taught me yoga exercises for controlling my anxiety which were very effective and showed immediate results. Because of her encouragement I started to be open about my feelings instead of bottling them up. I wouldn’t ever forget that she was the only ray of hope when I was on my lowest. I would 100% recommend her.
